Anna's philosophy in life is ‘whatever you do or think, make sure you can sleep at night’ and ‘equality for all’. These influence her work as a coach, facilitator on leadership programmes and psychologist. She prefers to serve and work for others and has learned to look after herself. She was involved in the Ulysses and Oasis Responsible Leadership Programmes for Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Breaking Through for diverse staff for the NHS in England. She currently focuses on writing. She is collating a book with a colleague on young people’s views on sustainability and another one on creating a sustainable future for business. She is the author of Principled Leadership for Sustainability
